Fire Protection Awards

Swart & Sons' innovative new web-based app, Certifire, has earned us a place in the finalist list for an award from the Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPA Australia).

The Innovative Product & Technology Award, sponsored by CSIRO, recognises new or emerging products and technologies that provide innovative solutions for new and existing fire safety and fire protection industry risks and/or activities.

Our Certifire system is a web-based database that itemises every single fire-proof penetration in a building project.

Every penetration has details of:

• its location (shown on a map for easy identification and ease of finding in the building)
• all the products used in the penetration
• details of who installed the penetration and when
• full documentation and certification for each product used
• details of the penetration's condition and when it was last checked for compliance

With all of this information you can rest assured that every penetration is compliant, meeting Australian standard AS4072.1 and that your building is safe for its occupants and you're fully covered in terms of liability.
